About SOAFO
The Society of Asian Federal Officers (SOAFO) was founded in December 1990. Its members are law enforcement professionals including but not limited to special agents, criminal investigators, officers, auditors, analysts, attorneys from every branch of the Federal government and individuals employed in closely allied professions.
The Society serves as a link with our ethnic communities by interfacing with other community-based organizations and sponsoring special events to maintain our heritage.
Our Three Goals
Create a forum for the free exchange of ideas, foster camaraderie, instill pride and leadership, and serve as a liaison connecting members from various agencies and the community.
Encourage the upward mobility of each member and enhance hiring and employment opportunities for qualified applicants for Federal law enforcement positions from entry level to management.
Promote law enforcement as a premier occupation in protecting the freedoms of our great nation.
